To accommodate this, we have established the following cancellation policy: Free Cancellation - Day Before Appointment: You are free to cancel or reschedule your appointment without any charge if you do so at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time. Same-Day Cancellation Fee: If you need to cancel or reschedule on the day of your appointment, please be aware that a cancellation fee of $25 will be applied. This fee helps us manage our scheduling and ensures that we can continue to provide high-quality service to all our patrons. No-Shows: In the event that you do not show up for your scheduled appointment without any prior notification, the same-day cancellation fee of $25 will also apply.
