Procedure
After an initial screening call, you will be scheduled for an in person or zoom consultation with the doctor to go over your health and medical background and make sure this is a safe weight loss option and to maximize your results. If you decide to not come in for weekly visits and opt to get the medication shipped to you and self administer, we will provide you with step by step instructions on how to properly sterilize your instruments with an alcohol pad and safely draw up the medication from the vial using the provided insulin syringes. After doing so, you will use another alcohol pad to clean your skin prior to administering. This medication is given via subcutaneous injection using an insulin syringe. We recommend you rotate injection sites each week for best results. Injections sites can be into the fatty tissue of either your abdomen, inner or outer thigh, or buttocks.
